GFL CHAMPIONSHIP FOOTBALL

A video game called GFL Championship Football was released in 1986 by Activision. The player sees the game from within the helmet in GFL Championship Football.

GHOST MANOR

For the Atari 2600 and VIC-20, Xonox developed the horror video game Ghost Manor in 1983. There was also a more constrained run of cassette cassettes and single-ended cartridges that only included Ghost Manor. The Girl or the Boy are the two options available to play. The objective of the game, if you’re playing as the Girl character, is to free the defenceless boy from Ghost Manor. Set the TV Type Switch on the 2600 to “B/W” to play as the Boy. Since the Atari 7800 lacks a TV Type switch, users will not be able to play as the Boy.

TOTAL WAR: SHOGUN 2

A strategy video game called Total War: Shogun 2 was created by Creative Assembly and released by Sega in 2011. Eight factions are included in the game’s standard version (plus a ninth for the tutorial), each of which has a different beginning position and various political and military strengths. The DLC unlocks a tenth clan, the Ikko-Ikki, and the limited edition comes with an exclusive ninja clan, the Hattori. The gameplay of Shogun 2 combines real-time tactics with turn-based strategy, which has become a trademark of the Total War series.

4X4 OFF-ROAD RACING

The racing video game 4×4 Off-Road Racing was created by Ogdan Micro Design Inc. and published by Epyx in 1988. The four maps are Mountain, Desert, Ice, and Mud.

LODE RUNNER

Douglas E. Smith created the 2D puzzle-platform game Lode Runner, which Broderbund released in 1983. Its gaming principles are reminiscent of 1980’s Space Panic. The character that the player controls must complete a level by collecting all of the gold pieces while being pursued by numerous adversaries. One of the first video games with a level editor was this one.
